Primary Election Day is Tuesday, June 3, 2008.
Polls are open from 7 am to 7 pm.

All registered New Mexico Democrats are eligible to participate.

Early voting begins across the Third District on Saturday, May 17, 2008 and ends on Saturday, May 31, 2008. Click here to find out where and when to vote early.

Vote by Mail

New Mexicans are encouraged to vote from the comfort of their own home. Applications to receive a vote by mail ballot are available now and the first ballots will be mailed out on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. If you have a vote by mail ballot, you must return it to your county clerk by Tuesday, June 3, 2008.

You must be a registered Democrat in New Mexico by Tuesday, May 6, 2008 to participate in the primary. To register to vote, click here to download and print out the national voter registration form. Once you complete the form, mail it to:
