Wiviott Praises Today's Unanimous Supreme Court Decision

Santa Fe, NM – Don Wiviott, Democrat running for Congress, today made the following statement on the New Mexico Supreme Court’s decision to unanimously dismiss a baseless petition challenge.

“I was very pleased with today’s Supreme Court decision,” Wiviott said. “I have, and always will be, a proponent of ballot access for candidates, a concept that fuels our democracy and elevates our state’s dialogue in the political process. I am excited to move forward and continue to discuss the issues that are most important to the third district and New Mexico.”
